Machine Task: ESPN SportsNation invited me to build them a machine to help celebrate their impending 2 millionth Facebook “like”. Sounded simple enough right? Well, the resulting contraption was anything but!

Machine Build Type: One-Take Style - filmed from start to finish in only one unedited clip, which we achieved on only our THIRD attempt!

Additional Info: Because this machine has a distinctly sports-related theme, the whole range of sports equipment was available which helped a great deal. It was also a chance for us to do some things I’ve always wanted to do. I’ve been dreaming about bowling balls on trampolines for years. And it turned out better than I’d imagined / is now considered one of my signature steps in machine builds! The video was directed by SyynLabs & produced by Motion Theory for ESPN.
